LT Mesquite Brew Co. grew out of a simple conviction: the best food and drink can't be rushed, and they certainly can't be copied. We opened our doors in Castroville to create a space where craftsmanship takes precedence over convenience.
Our mesquite isn't just a flavor — it's a connection to the land. The same wood that has smoked this region for generations now lends its character to every loaf and every batch. We source locally, brew in small quantities, and bake what we can actually stand behind.
